St John Bosco College prides itself on being an excellent provider of post-16 education. We have a strong body of subject specialists who are committed to delivering outstanding teaching and learning in a caring and supportive environment that encompasses the RUAH ethos of our school - Respect, Understanding, Affection and Humour. This approach continues to build and enhance the strength and positivity that our school community provides with the support of our dedicated pastoral team and enrichment programme.
We have an extensive post-16 curriculum which caters for the different interests and abilities of all students, coupled with a robust careers programme and supports our students in making informed decisions that prepares them for a range of pathways to university, apprenticeships and employment.
Our curriculum, support, and dedication to post-16 education have enabled our students to progress to Russell Group universities including Kings College, UCL and Birmingham to study courses such as Biomedicines, Maths, Law, and International Relations. We are proud of the achievements of our students and are forever grateful when they give back to our school community by offering tutoring and mentoring through our alumni programme.
Our mission is to prepare all students in the Sixth Form for their future. This is clearly outlined in our Outstanding Section 48 inspection and Ofsted rating which demonstrates both the nurturing environment and sheer ambition that we have for our students, their aspirations, and achievements.
I very much look forward to welcoming you to our Sixth Form and school community. If you would like to arrange a visit, or would like further information, please do not hesitate to contact me here at the school. Please also feel free to watch our 'Welcome Video' below.
