Step-by-Step Guide for Students

Account Activation
1. Check your school email inbox for a welcome email from Unifrog.
2. Click the unique link inside the email to set up your password. (If you haven't received it, visit unifrog.org/code and use the form, or contact the Careers Team – careerslead@sjbc.wandsworth.sch.uk).
Complete Your Profile & Quizzes
1. Go to the Interests Profile and Personality Profile quizzes. These take around 10–12 minutes and recommend careers matched to your traits and preferences.
Explore Pathways
1. Use the UK Universities, Apprenticeships, or Further Education search tools to compare entry requirements, salaries, and course content.
2. Save options to your Shortlists to review later with parents or teachers.
Log Skills & Experiences
1. Use the Activities and Competencies tools to log extracurriculars, volunteering, part-time jobs, or work experience placements. This makes writing personal statements and CVs much easier in Years 11–13.

Step-by-Step Guide for Parents & Carers

Parent Code: Request our school’s unique Parent Form Code from the Careers Department, or check the welcome letter sent via email.

Create Your Parent Account
1. Visit https://www.unifrog.org/parent.
2. Enter your email address used with Arbor and fill in your details to create your account.

Explore the Platform alongside Your Child
1. Parent accounts allow you to search courses, apprenticeships, and career profiles exactly as students see them.
Review Shortlists & Guidance
1. Sit down with your child to view their saved shortlists and explore average salaries, employment rates, and subject requirements together.
Access the Know-How Library
1. Use the Know-How Library on Unifrog for practical articles on funding university, securing apprenticeships, supporting wellbeing, and navigating post-16/post-18 options.
